Sunday 5-26-2019

It was another pretty busy week. The good thing is I can take a break at anytime. Plus I'll never be late! I went golfing with my brother and nephew this week. The one day we made plans for it was the best day of the week as far as weather goes. I did get a little sunburned, I'll have to remember sunscreen next time. Also was my grandson's birthday. He turned 16. Yes 16! Where does all the time go? Next month his sister will be 20. Time sure blows on by like a flash. It was a nice party for him and I'm really enjoying all the family time now that I'm retired. Here's a pic of the birthday boy....

    Great picture of your nephew. A handsome young man! Time goes by so quickly and just seems to get faster every year. I can't believe my first granddaughter will be graduating this year, but thankful I am alive to see it!

      Thank you Lia. It's a really good picture of my grandson. Hard to believe he is 16 already. He takes his driver's test this week too. I sure know what you mean, I'm so glad to be alive to see the kids grow. You have a great week as well! (((Hugs)))

      Duh stupid me, I meant grandson. I took a second look at the picture before I commented and my eyes saw the part about your golfing with your nephew while I was looking at the picture. I think I am losing my mind, or at least my ability to retain information two seconds after I read it. Sorry about that. Well your GRANDSON is a handsome young man!!!

      I was just watching a documentary saying people can only retain information for a few seconds lol. Makes you wonder how we can get to where we are going! Thank you again. How quickly time moves on. Where did it all go?

      Oh, well then, maybe I am normal, or maybe we are all losing our minds LOL. Good Morning Greg! I started a blog post the other day and I went back to work on it and decided I didn't like how the whole thing flowed so I will start over. So much for me being more active!

      Sometimes it's better to start over. Good afternoon! Maybe we are all losing our minds lol. It sure explains why I can't remember a person's name not long after I've met them.
      The tornadoes hit in southern Ohio. I saw the pictures on the news this morning. Two tornadoes touched down there 30 minutes apart. Thankfully no one was seriously hurt.

      I'm glad to know you did not get any of the bad weather. There is so much destruction around the country between the tornadoes and the flooding. Make me sad :-(
